Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefits Associate to help members
navigate their healthcare benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Guide members by answering calls and emails regarding benefits,
costs, and provider options
Assist members in comparing benefits during open enrollment and
life changes
Resolve benefit-related issues and ensure timely updates and
resolutions
Required Qualifications
At least one year of customer service or benefits experience
Ability to multi-task and manage inquiries efficiently
Comfortable using MS Word, Excel, and internal systems
Eager to learn about benefits administration and healthcare
plans
