Job Description:
A company is looking for a Reverse Junior Processor to support
the processing team in managing loan files and ensuring compliance
with policies.
Key Responsibilities
Review and update loan files with new information and verify the
accuracy of personal data
Order necessary documentation and ensure timely receipt to
facilitate the loan processing cycle
Log appraisals and maintain accurate records in the FHA Connection
system
Required Qualifications and Experience
2+ years of experience as a Reverse Junior Processor
Familiarity with reverse loan processing and mortgage
documentation
Proficient in using reverse loan processing software (Quantum
Reverse) and FHA Connection system
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple
tasks
