Job Description:
A company is looking for a Telephonic Remote Nurse Care Advocate
specializing in Infertility, Mother, Baby, and NICU care.
Key Responsibilities
Manage treatment plan utilization and care under the guidance of
clinical leadership
Review medical treatment plans and non-standard service outcomes
for accuracy and compliance
Provide telephonic case management, education, and emotional
support to members during their treatment process
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited nursing program with at least an
Associate's degree; Bachelor's preferred
Current nursing license in the state of residence
Minimum of five years' experience in infertility care management or
related fields
Experience using MS Office products, particularly Word and
Outlook
Bilingual in Spanish or another language is desirable
