Manage the lifecycle of Professional Services, including
implementation and consulting services
Required Qualifications
15+ years of leadership experience in Software Delivery within the
SaaS industry
Proven track record in scaling Professional Services organizations
in the HR and payroll sector
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen related to SaaS
pricing models
Experience in driving revenue growth and enhancing
profitability
Understanding of customer-centric business models and commitment to
customer experience
