Key Responsibilities
Create, track, and implement best practices for project management
to enhance claims processing
Develop and coach team members to build future leaders within the
organization
Identify concerns and operational improvement initiatives through a
data-driven approach
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or 4 years of equivalent experience
4+ years of experience leading and developing direct reports in a
fast-paced claims environment
3+ years of experience using data and metrics for problem-solving
and root cause analysis
Experience in a health plan environment
