Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Manager to
oversee the integration and implementation of medical management
software for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert in product implementation and client
collaboration
Gather requirements, define workflows, and configure the product
for client needs
Facilitate file transfers and integrations with external and
internal systems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of experience in technical analysis, requirements
gathering, and software configuration
Knowledge of the workers' compensation or auto industry
preferred
Experience in developing system architectures and custom business
rules
Comfortable with project management and delivering high-quality
customer solutions
