A company is looking for a Director, People Business
Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organizational
design and workforce planning
Oversee performance management processes and develop retention
strategies for top talent
Drive change management initiatives and enhance team effectiveness
through collaboration
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field
10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5 years in a
strategic business partner or HR leadership role
Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry or a
similar fast-paced environment
Demonstrated expertise in talent management, organizational design,
and change management
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
