Job Description:
A company is looking for a Workday Reporting Lead Consultant to
create, maintain, and enhance Workday reports while ensuring data
accuracy and security.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Workday reports, including complex
reports using Workday Report Writer and Report Designer
Create dashboards and reports that provide meaningful metrics and
analytical insights
Troubleshoot and support existing reports to maintain optimal
performance and ensure compliance with data privacy standards
Required Qualifications:
Proven expertise in Workday report development and understanding of
the Workday security model
Experience in analyzing and building custom reports using Workday's
reporting tools
Ability to handle highly confidential data with integrity
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be
considered in lieu of formal education requirements
Experience working with workforce data or in a people analytics
team is desirable
