Job Description:

A company is looking for a ShoreTel Consultant to assist in completing the sales cycle and conducting assessments.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain ShoreTel/Mitel VoIP systems and related equipment
Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshoot ShoreTel system issues
Lead and manage ShoreTel-related projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to goals

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience with ShoreTel/Mitel VoIP systems
ShoreTel/Mitel certification is highly desirable
Proficiency in VoIP, PBX, UCaaS, and network infrastructure
Knowledge of MPLS technology and Wide Area Network technologies
