Job Description Because of the need for consistent, in-person
collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due
to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed
full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at
a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time. About BAE Systems

of an Aftermarket Product Test Engineer consists of troubleshooting
customer product at both a unit level and Circuit Card Assembly
level. When troubleshooting circuit card assemblies, our test
engineer is looking at failed circuits, isolating the fault down to
a component level, then dispositioning the repair procedures.
Candidates need to be strong with analog and/or digital electronics
and embedded systems. The Product Test Engineer will need to be
capable of using standard electrical lab and test equipment.
Familiarity with more advanced troubleshoot tools is a plus. Our
Product Test Engineers also support our manufacturing floor as
needed to ensure that product continues to move through the
process, and play a vital part of instilling our company's value of
maintaining a lean culture. This includes constantly looking for
