Licensed Loan Processor

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Loan Processor to support operations teams in processing residential mortgage loans.
Key Responsibilities

Process residential mortgage loans in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Obtain, review, and submit complete loan documentation to Underwriting for approval
Manage a pipeline of loans, ensuring timely and compliant processing

Required Qualifications

4-5 years of retail loan processing experience
Experience with Government (FHA/VA) and Conventional loans
Familiarity with Point software; experience with BYTE is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
High level of integrity and confidentiality required
