Job Description:
A company is looking for an Agency Bill Coordinator to assist
with agency bill accounting processes in the Property & Casualty
vertical.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the accounts receivable process for all clients across
all agencies
Enter client payments into Applied Epic and communicate
discrepancies with agencies
Track client receivable accounts to ensure timely collection of
premium payments
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience in property and casualty insurance brokerage operations
preferred
Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work effectively across multiple internal functional
groups
