Job Description:
A company is looking for a Crew Accommodations Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and assist Crew Accommodations Agents with daily tasks
and workflow
Monitor performance for evaluations, quality assurance, and
training purposes
Receive inquiries and source accommodations and transportation for
airline crew
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or higher qualification with one year of
relevant experience
Experience in the hotel, airline, or travel industry
Fluency in English and preferably one additional language
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and SLACK
Ability to manage multiple communication channels effectively
