Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Client Relations Case
Assistant VA.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicates with clients to answer questions about
cancellations
Manages the Customer Care phone/email account
Coordinates with the Supervising Attorney and Finance Department to
ensure timely responses
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer service or account
management in a legal setting
Experience with light finance, accounting, or bookkeeping
Bilingual in Spanish/English with full proficiency
Experience in Microsoft Office or Google Suite is required
Experience with Airtable and CRM is a huge plus
