Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Associate (West
Coast).
Key Responsibilities
Answer customer calls and respond to email inquiries in a
fast-paced environment
Act as a point of escalation for complex customer and process
issues
Assist customers with navigating the website and resolve
high-priority escalations
Required Qualifications
1-3 years in a customer experience-related role, preferably in
e-commerce or startup
Proficient with platforms such as ZenDesk, Salesforce, Microsoft
Office, and Google Workspace
Demonstrated positive approach toward customers and a passion for
problem-solving
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, ready to take on
various tasks
Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
