Job Description:
A company is looking for an FMLA Claims Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Review FMLA and other absence certifications in accordance with
guidelines and policies
Provide timely responses to communications from internal and
external partners
Maintain accurate documentation of leaves and assist clients with
leave status and decision-making
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred; High School Degree or equivalent
required
1+ years of experience in human resources, claim management, or
leave and disability
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Bilingual Spanish is a plus
