What You'll Do: Work closely with sales & construction teams to develop concept and working drawings for: Whole-home renovations New custom homes Finished basements Create detailed AutoCAD drawings for proposals, permitting, and construction Ensure accuracy and efficiency in drafting and design documentation Who We're Looking For: The ideal team player is humble, hungry, and people-smart -someone who: Has a great attitude and works well with others Builds relationships with vendors, trades, and clients Shows up, works hard, and is kind Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in residential design & drafting Proficiency in AutoCAD (required) Degree or certification in Architectural Design, CAD, or related field (preferred) Experience in residential construction Rendering skills (a plus) Strong organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills Why Join Us?
