Job Description:

A company is looking for a Training Specialist to support training programs for the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

Key Responsibilities

Create and develop training curriculum and materials
Conduct needs analysis and develop learning objectives in collaboration with business partners
Review and modify existing curriculums and support leadership with assigned duties

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a related field
At least five years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience based on education level
Experience in developing curriculum and delivering training to remote students
Experience in creating instructional materials and training aids
Must meet requirements for IRS Minimum Background Investigation clearance
