Job Description:
A company is looking for a bilingual Spanish resolution
specialist to join the member engagement team.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve escalated member issues related to authorizations, claims,
and provider network
Identify and implement process improvement opportunities within the
member engagement department
Document member interactions accurately and ensure timely follow-up
to support outcomes reporting
Required Qualifications and Education:
Minimum of 1 year of healthcare experience, with 3-4 years
preferred
At least 1 year of outbound or inbound call center experience
Experience navigating Medicare Advantage benefits and access to
care
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education
and experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish, or other languages such as
Chinese or Vietnamese
