Job Description:

A company is looking for a Contact Center Account Executive to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect for new accounts and grow existing customer relationships
Coordinate with sales teams to develop strategic plans and position solutions
Drive revenue through customer acquisition and exceed sales targets

Required Qualifications

5-10 years of B2B sales experience
Proven track record of sales to large corporate accounts
Experience in technology solution-based selling (SaaS, VoIP, etc.)
Extensive experience in Call Center/Contact Center environments
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent military/work experience
