Job Description:
A company is looking for a Represented Bodily Injury Adjuster -
Remote NY/NJ/PA (EST/CST).
Key Responsibilities
Investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and
bodily injury with attorney/litigation involvement
Assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional
customer service
Negotiate fair injury settlements with all parties involved using
various communication channels
Required Qualifications
Prior represented casualty claim handling experience preferred
2-5 years of complex/severe bodily injury claim handling experience
preferred
Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability
determination
Knowledge of innovative tools and platforms for effective claims
evaluation
Ability to obtain necessary adjuster and/or appraiser licenses
within 60 days of hire
