Job Description:
A company is looking for a Title Examiner II to provide
nationwide title services and support real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Investigates and examines public and tax records to determine the
legal condition of property titles
Prepares accurate title commitments in accordance with company
procedures
Performs all other duties as assigned by management
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
Ability to work under general supervision
Individual contributor with no supervisory responsibilities
Manages own workload effectively
