Job Description:

A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel, Litigation to manage legal matters related to healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of defensive litigation and provide legal advice on complex healthcare matters
Advise senior business leaders by leveraging deep industry knowledge and business practices
Supervise vendors and outside counsel on litigation, arbitration, and settlement processes

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctorate degree
Current and active license in at least one US jurisdiction
5+ years of complex commercial litigation experience
Demonstrated strategic thinking skills in evaluating legal actions
Good standing in one or more jurisdictions
