Job Description:
A company is looking for a General Counsel & Corporate Secretary
(Remote) to provide legal guidance and support while ensuring
compliance with laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide legal counsel on governance, compliance, contracts, and
employment law
Oversee corporate governance matters and prepare board materials
and minutes
Develop and implement risk management policies and ensure
regulatory compliance
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor with a minimum of 10 years of legal experience,
including 3 years as General Counsel or equivalent
Experience in transactions, contracts, regulatory, tax, litigation,
and commercial practice areas
Licensed to practice law in the USA for at least 3 years
Ability to travel up to 15%
