Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential hosts for Airbnb properties
Reach out to potential hosts via email, phone, or social media
Manage ongoing communications to ensure a smooth onboarding
process
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Proven experience in sales, recruitment, or partnership
development
In-depth knowledge of the Airbnb platform and its
functionalities
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Strong organizational and time-management skills
