      What You'll Do:
      As an LPN, you'll play a critical role in providing empathetic, high-quality care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

      • Delivering care aligned with the Nurse Practice Act.
        
      • Ensuring a safe, therapeutic environment for residents from admission to discharge.
        
      • Collaborating with physicians, families, and an interdisciplinary team to meet residents' needs.
        
      • Employing the nursing process to deliver holistic care, helping residents achieve their highest mental and physical potential.
        
        What We're Looking For:
        
        • 
          
        • A current LPN license in the state of Ohio.
          
        • CPR certification (required).
          
        • Experience in long-term care is a plus!
