  • Responsible for providing direct patient care and assistance in accordance with plan of care
  • Aiding with activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care)
  • Recognizing and reporting abnormal findings or changes in patient status
  • Working as part of an interdisciplinary team that helps establish and carry out their plan of care to provide comfort and dignity throughout their diagnosis To qualify for a Hospice Nursing Aide ( STNA ) with us, you will need:
    • State Tested Nursing Assistant Certification (Ohio Only)
    • Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition
