Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the organization's people strategy in alignment
with business goals and values
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on organizational design,
workforce planning, and change management initiatives
Manage compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain
top talent
Required Qualifications
Proven experience (4+ years) in human resources or people
operations, with 3+ years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance
standards
Experience designing and implementing scalable people operations
strategies in a fast-paced environment
Proven track record in fostering an inclusive and equitable
workplace culture
Certifications such as SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or similar
