Job Description:
A company is looking for a Leave Case Manager with FMLA
experience for a 24-month term, remote position.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expertise and guidance on leave processes, managing
eligibility and documentation for leave requests
Ensure employees and leaders are informed about their
responsibilities and required documentation for leave
Maintain accurate records of leave requests and facilitate the
return-to-work process for employees
Required Qualifications
2+ years of FMLA processing experience
2+ years of case management experience
2+ years of Workday experience, including Help and LOA modules
Bachelor's degree required
Able to work core business hours in the Central Time Zone
