Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, SEO to support the
professional development of SEO Specialists and enhance digital
marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct structured one-on-ones with direct reports to focus on task
execution and employee development
Develop actionable plans for employee performance improvement and
provide feedback on strengths and weaknesses
Manage and innovate SEO Specialist processes, ensuring work
completion and addressing client issues as needed
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years in an SEO service role preferred
Minimum 2 years in a management or supervisory role preferred
Advanced SEO skills including Google Business Profile, Technical
SEO, and Analytics
Demonstrated understanding of critical thinking as it applies to
SEO
Ability to self-manage under limited supervision and embrace change
positively
