customer management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead customer management and service support
Assist with onboarding and training of new and existing
customers
Utilize Salesforce tools to track progress and collaborate with
internal partners for customer growth
Required Qualifications
College degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of account management experience in home health or related
market
Strong account management/service-focused approach
Proficiency in Microsoft product suite and Salesforce.com
Ability to translate technical product capabilities into
customer-focused value propositions
