Job Description:
A company is looking for a US International Tax Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review US International tax aspects of quarterly and
annual US GAAP Income Tax Provision
Collaborate with the US income tax compliance team to prepare and
review required US International tax forms for foreign entities
Support the US international tax aspects of Federal and State tax
audits and assist with special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting or Law
At least 5 years of experience in US international tax with a core
understanding of income tax provision and accounting requirements
under US GAAP
Big 4 Accounting or Law Firm experience is a plus
Strong Excel skills and experience with online team communication
tools
Excellent analytical skills, including knowledge of tax accounting
software and technology
