Americas & Global Functions.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and administer compensation programs, including salary
structures and incentive plans
Conduct market research and analyses to ensure competitive pay
practices
Analyze compensation trends and ensure compliance with relevant
regulations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a
related field
8+ years of relevant experience in compensation design and
analysis
Experience with global compensation programs in multinational
organizations
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel or
Tableau
Knowledge of FLSA, pay equity laws, and global compensation
practices
