Clarivate / ProQuest is seeking to hire on a dynamic Renewals
Account Manager to join our Academia and Government team! This
position plays a critical role in maintaining successful client
relationships, managing renewals, driving incremental revenue, and
providing invaluable cross-functional perspective on product and

- Bachelor's degree OR equivalent work experience
- 5 years' related experience in sales or customer service
- 3 years of experience working with ExcelIt would be great if

- Salesforce experience, or similar Renewals Account Manager
experience would be a plus
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in consultative selling and strategic account
management
- Prior experience in academia/government customer-facing roles
would be a plusWhat will you be doing in this role?...
- Provide on-going support and coordinate with Renewals Account
Managers in North America to determine best team player/approach to
engage client in renewal activities and new business opportunities;
considers account history, existing relationships, and other
factors.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on specialty products,
articulating the value proposition whether as a single product sale
or as part of a larger portfolio.
- Focus on new business, uncovering opportunities, creating
target lists, prospect, and participate in territory planning while
engaging the RAM/Account Manager as appropriate.
- Participate in strategic discussions with internal stakeholders
on future product enhancements; customer offerings/bundles and
other initiatives aimed to strengthen renewal retention and new
business generation.
- Execute regular account reviews with the RAM North America
Team, including contract status, product migration and
cross-sell/upsell opportunity, account penetration, and issue
review, providing updated and regular status reports to RAM
Americas Leadership.About the Team:We are a global leader in

- Although duties are typically performed during normal business
hours,off-hours work/on-call shifts may be required to meet
customer and/or business needs.
- Hybrid Position: Must be able to work 2/3 days a week in our
