Job Description:
A company is looking for a Retention & Lifecycle Manager to join
their marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Own all elements of Customer Lifecycle & CRM marketing, including
tools, touchpoints, and KPIs
Analyze customer cohort data to identify trends and develop
strategies for lead generation and retention
Create and optimize automated lifecycle journeys and campaigns
across various CRM channels
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in customer lifecycle marketing, preferably
in a direct-to-consumer or subscription business
Strong analytical skills with a growth mindset
Experience in building end-to-end email campaigns and understanding
mobile marketing best practices
Proven experience in conducting A/B tests and translating results
into actionable insights
Passion for cats and familiarity with cat culture
