Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage, organize, and execute engineering projects
Manage and direct project team on areas such as roadway construction, sanitary sewers, storm sewers, water mains, lift stations, etc.
Attend project and planning meetings on and off-site as required
Communicate directly with permitting, zoning, planning, etc. on projects
Timely communication with clients and staff
Maintain project and meeting schedules
Attentive to and maintains deadlines
Attentive to project budgets while recording and reporting daily time sheets
Assist in preparing proposals to establish the scope of work and costs

Job Qualifications:

Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Professional Engineer (PE) registration in the State of Indiana
7 or more years of related experience in Civil Engineering with an emphasis on subdivision and site design
Strong verbal and written communication skills - candidates will be expected to interact with our clients regularly
Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft programs
Experience working with Allen County, Indiana, offices is preferred but not required
