Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff AI Engineer to collaborate on
generative AI projects and ensure the reliability of AI
systems.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain robust APIs for integrating generative AI models
into production systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify use cases and
deliver impactful generative AI solutions
Implement and manage end-to-end pipelines for generative AI models,
including deployment and monitoring
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in ML engineering, with at least 1 year in
developing generative AI products
Experience with advanced LLM design patterns, particularly
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Knowledge of traditional ML techniques and the ability to discern
between LLM and ML solutions
Experience designing and deploying APIs in a production
environment
Expertise in MLOps, including deployment, model monitoring, and
CI/CD workflows
