Description:Zepf Center has been serving the Lucas County
community for nearly 50 years. We are the leading provider of
behavioral health and substance use disorder services in Northwest
Ohio. Services include adult and child psychiatric, substance
abuse, case management, residential, Crisis Care, and therapy
programs, as well as career development and wellness services. Zepf
Center also offers primary care medical services to our patients to
contribute to their continuum of care. Zepf Center is a Sanctuary
trauma-informed/trauma-responsive agency that prioritizes the
well-being of clients and staff.
We are currently seeking a full-time Youth Office Based Therapist
to provide diagnostic assessments and structured time-limited
face-to-face individual, family, and group therapy to clients ages
2-22, within the context of the goals identified on the client's
individualized service plan. The person in this position provides
services within Zepf facilities. This position requires some
evening hours based on client needs. In this position, there are
opportunities for quarterly bonuses based on client engagement and

Essential Duties of this position include but are not limited
to:
- Conducts intake/diagnostic assessments and updates for children
and youth.
- Maintains clinical responsibility for individual, family,
and/or group counseling of children and youth clients with SED
diagnosis.
- Develops, revises, implements, and monitors the Individual
Service Plans, in cooperation with the client, family, and
treatment team participants that addresses the client's needs.
- Monitors treatment effectiveness and provides ongoing
assessment by utilizing identified outcome measurements and
clinical assessments as presented in agency policies and
protocols.
- Facilitates referrals to appropriate internal and/or external
resources when indicated.
- When needed, ensures the development of Individual Client
Crisis Plans that promote client growth and future safety.
- Maintains clinical records and reports according to agency
standards.
- Maintains direct service productivity per agency
standards.
- Maintains required documentation per agency standards. When
applicable, obtains supervisor's signature on required clinical
documents.
- Participates in team meetings and clinical supervision.
- Consults and collaborates with other youth-serving
interdisciplinary staff, as needed.
- Carries out policy and procedures of agency; may participate in
community work and serve on committees.
- Keeps current with trends and developments related to essential
job competencies and demonstrates continued growth.
- Adheres to ethical and legal standards of professional practice
per state, professional, agency, and regulating standards.
- Maintains high confidentiality standards and, with client
consent, completes client Authorization to Disclose Form in
accordance to professional standards of practice, when
applicable.
- Perform other duties as assigned.Specific/Individual
Competencies:
- Possess a well-developed working knowledge of behavioral
theories.
- Demonstrate that he/she can effectively provide individual,
family and group therapy.
- Strive to continuously improve own and agency operations.
- Incorporate Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) techniques
into daily work activities and participate on CQI teams or in CQI
initiatives.
- Must maintain current CPR, First Aid, and Crisis Intervention
training.
- Demonstrate a professional approach to all functions and
relationships with all levels of staff, clients, families, other
agencies, and the public.Requirements:
- Master's required, and possess current licensure of LSW, LISW,
PC, PCC, CT or other ODMH recognized licensure.
- Must not have a criminal record that would exclude you from
working in a child-serving environment.
- Background in supervision and program development, and crisis
intervention preferred.
- Those eligible to drive company vehicles must have a valid
driver's license and be eligible for coverage as defined by the
