Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth by acquiring, converting, and retaining
healthcare practitioners as customers
Lead the practitioner funnel strategy to enhance lead generation,
conversion rates, and retention
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven
insights and optimize key growth metrics
Required Qualifications
9+ years of experience in marketing or sales with a focus on
revenue growth in healthcare
MBA preferred, with experience in revenue growth, finance, or
strategy
Proficiency in financial modeling and market research
Demonstrated success in developing acquisition and retention
strategies
Experience optimizing digital purchasing experiences and
collaborating with eCommerce teams
