Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Solution Architect -
Billing.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather and document business requirements, define scope, and
perform map/gap analysis
Serve as a conduit between business strategy/workstreams and
technical/delivery teams, aligning business and development
efforts
Drive user adoption of Salesforce by supporting and training
users
Required Qualifications:
10 years of experience in ERP implementation like Oracle,
Salesforce, and similar IT systems in Billing and Invoicing
Experience with multiple payment methods and payment gateways
Strong analytical skills to understand complex business processes
and data
Understanding of Salesforce features and customization capabilities
is preferable
Bachelor's Degree in management, computer science, or engineering
is preferred
