Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Patient Financial Services
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership and training to the Patient Financial Services
team
Process payments, adjustments, claims, and denials accurately and
timely
Research and resolve payment discrepancies and build relationships
with internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
Two or more years of experience in patient financial services or
insurance industry
Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance authorization
requirements
Ability to manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
Strong knowledge in common office software, including word
processing and spreadsheets
